But do you have what it takes?
It’s not just about the idea of owning your own home business or believing that working for yourself will be more fulfilling or more secure… It’s about understanding the calculated risks and determining if you have some of the common characteristics of the world’s most SUCCESSFUL Entrepreneurs…
Today I want to ask you a few questions to help GUIDE you on this journey…
Do you have passion for your business?
Loving what you do, or doing what you love, is the only real way to ensure success in business. If you have a real passion for what you are doing you won’t mind putting in those extra hours, you will positively enjoy it.
When you are considering setting up your own business, how do you feel about the subject you have chosen? Are you excited and looking forward to immersing yourself in the business, or are you indifferent about the subject, just thinking of it as a money spinner?
Personal Exercise:
Write down three things that you are absolutely without a doubt passionate about!
Start brainstorming now. Think about the things that excite you in life. Don’t worry about whether there is a business in it; just think about what makes you happy. What makes you jump out of bed in the morning with a smile on your face?

Oh man! I’ve been in WORK LIKE A HORSE MODE since I got back from my trip… I took before/after pics and measurements but just hadn’t published the blog post yet because I’ve been so busy, but it’s been like that for about 3 weeks now! LOL. Check out the video below that shows the last day of my phase 2 where I weighed in:

Nothing major to report… just lost .2 lbs this morning and am down to 202.2 lbs on my phase 2 of the hcg diet. I’m confident I would have hit my goal weight of 200 lbs by the end of my six week phase 2 protocol, but we’ll see what the scale holds for me early tomorrow morning. It will be the last day of my phase 2 because I’m cutting it a bit short. My wife and I are going to be heading out on a little vacation for 2-3 days and since I’m so close to being done I’ll just call it good and move on to phase 3. Here’s a quick video of this morning’s weigh in:

Yeah baby! I love seeing big weight loss when I step on the scale… especially at this late stage of my hcg diet phase 2. I lost 1.4 lbs over the last 24 hours and I even weighed in about two hours ahead of when I normally do! Check out the video below.

The weight loss is really slowing down compared to what it was like at the beginning of the hcg diet, but that’s good. It means that I don’t have a ton more to lose honestly. With that said however, I did lose close to another whole pound today! I’m really happy with a .8 lbs weight loss today which brings my total weight down to 203.8 lbs. Check it out…

I’ve had a lot of people ask me how to break through plateaus on phase 2 of the hcg diet. I tell them all the same thing: stay disciplined and strict with your diet. Make sure you’re consuming 500-530 calories per day of only approved food and stay hydrated. Drink tons of water! You may want to drop coffee from your diet and substitute a vitamin B complex for energy as well as an immune system booster. Lastly, you may want to also cut the cracker servings out of your lunch and dinner for a day or two. Some people just don’t lose weight with the added carbohydrates.

Yup, I really think I’m back on track now! I lost .9 lbs in the last 24 hours and 1.2 lbs yesterday… so I’ve yet to do an apple day. I’ve been looking for an excuse to do one, but right when I think that tomorrow is the day I have a few really good days with big losses. Maybe I’ll do one just so I can experience what it’s like and be able to explain it to everyone else wanting to know how to break through a plateau. In fact I’ll just post it up on this blog post, so check out today’s weigh in and afterward read on to find out what an apple day is and how to execute it properly.

I’m always looking for yummy hcg phase 2 approved recipes… especially some kind of sweet treat! On this diet your supposed to stay away from anything with sugar. Even the approved fruits are low in natural fructose and other natural sugars! For some people that’s overly difficult because of their old eating habits and addiction to sugar so staying strictly within the bounds of the diet protocol is hard. If that’s you, then this recipe is right up your ally! Even if you don’t have such a sweet tooth (I didn’t really… I’d prefer something salty over sugary) you’ll find this a delightful treat on your hcg diet phase 2 and beyond. It’s healthy and delicious! What more can you ask for? Watch as I as make it and follow along then check out my kiddo’s reaction as they taste the finished product!
