Are You An Entrepreneur?

19. July 2011

Many people have the motivation and dream of working for themselves and starting their own business…truly escaping “The Rat Race” and taking control over their financial, mental, and spiritual destiny.

Having the time and resources to do what they want, when they want, with whomever they want to.

They have a desire to become an… ENTREPRENEUR.

But do you have what it takes?

How Great I Am!

1. April 2011

If there’s only one message I could share with you after watching this video it would be that no matter what your circumstance are, no matter what you’re going through, no matter how hard you feel your life is right, DON’T EVER GIVE UP!

hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 17, Total Lost 21.5 lbs)

30. March 2011

I was a little concerned about this morning’s weigh in. I’m on day 17 of the hCG diet and have been experiencing really steady weight loss, but life has a tendency of sneaking up and interrupting plans and goals.

When you’re attached to the agenda and things don’t go exactly as planned you get upset and frustrated. So don’t be attached. Say to yourself “I’M NOT ATTACHED!” Instead, set your intention of losing weight and becoming healthy. The journey will be more enjoyable as well as more rewarding.

A World of Duality

24. March 2011

Movies can be pretty amazing. They entertain, they inspire, and at times they teach very poignant lessons. I’d like to share a quick thought about one of those lessons with you.

I was watching “Sword In The Stone” with my children the other day and was reminded of how cute the movie is. More importantly, there is an immensely valuable lesson in one of the songs about the concept of duality.

Law Of Duality And Other Life Lessons

22. March 2011

More important than losing 17 lbs in 11 days was the realization of why I’m losing weight. It was one of those little “life’s lessons” moment for me, so I wanted to share with you. That’s what I’m all about anyway. This isn’t a weight loss blog or an hCG diet blog by any stretch of the imagination. My purpose is to share my life’s experiences, the ups as well as the downs, in hopes of inspiring you to take action in your life. I’m here to uplift you, to inspire you, to motivate you. The only way I know how to do that is share what I experience along the journey we all call life.

Move Your Body – Great Song

17. March 2011

I started off saying I didn’t really have a deep thought for you here… but I take that back. Read that little paragraph just above this one and let it simmer for a few minutes. Leave me a comment with your thoughts on why living in the moment is key to your happiness.

I Can Therefore, I Will

14. June 2010

What do Superman, Spiderman, Batman, the X-men, and the Incredible Hulk have in common? See, it’s easy, right? Yes, they all have supernatural powers – special abilities that make them supreme, invincible and indestructible, and which cause them to be recognized as superheroes. They use these special powers to do good things to people and defeat evil entities. But, unfortunately, they are not real. They are only works of man’s creative imagination. They don’t exist in the real world. That’s why, unlike in comic books and movies, when our city is in trouble, there is no superhero to call to save the day. It really seems to be too good to be true, isn’t it?

Winners Never Quit and Quitters Never Win – I Disagree!

10. June 2010

Have you ever heard the old cliche “Winners never quit and quitters never win?” Of course you have, but have you ever paused to think about what it means? Better yet, ask yourself if you agree with the meaning of the statement.

Are You Willing To Strike Out To Succeed?

8. June 2010

Babe Ruth is probably the most recognizable name in baseball. He’s well known as the “Home Run King” but it’s often overlooked or forgotten that he held the record for being struck out the most, a record he held for almost three decades! Moral of the story: You have to be willing to fail if you want to succeed. The story of Babe Ruth drives home that point better than any other.
