hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 29, Total Lost 29.2 lbs)

Whoa! I gained almost a full pound (.8 lbs) over the last 24 hours. I’ve been pretty disciplined with my meals and all around diet, but for some reason the weigh in this morning was quite a bit higher than expected. It’s the way it goes though. Some days it’s up like today and other days my weight is way down. I’m hovering in the 206 range, but I’m still confident I’ll hit my goal weight of 200 lbs. Check out the video below…

hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 28, Total Lost 30 lbs)

Today’s weight loss was really pretty minimal, but I hit a really cool milestone! I’m down’ 30 lbs from when I started the diet! I thought it would be appropriate to celebrate! I think I’ll go prepare myself a super yummy tuna spinach salad and top it off with a little stevia for sweetness! LOL, not much of a celebration I know, but I’m dedicated to my hcg diet and determined to hit my goal of 200 lbs by April 21. Come hell or high water that’s what’s going to happen dangit! hCG Diet (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 26, Total Lost 28.4 lbs)

Today’s weigh in was nothing major or earth shattering. I’m on day 26 of my hcg diet in phase 2. I only lost .1 lbs this morning, but that’s not overly surprising because my weight loss comes in waves if you will. For 2-4 days I’ll fluctuate up or down less than half a pound and then I’ll have 1-3 days of losing half a pound to two pounds per day! I just came off a few days of large weight loss each day so this simply is continuing the same pattern I’ve experienced so far. I don’t stress it, I just go with it. hCG Diet Recipe – Spicy Shrimp Salad Delight

I’m always looking for yummy hcg phase 2 approved recipes. With only 500 calories per day allowed I don’t want to waste them. What’s more is that the approved foods list isn’t exactly a mile long if you know what I mean. There’s only so many times I can eat chicken with celery and cucumbers! Variety is key to your success in sticking with phase 2 of the hcg diet. One way I accomplish that is by varying HOW I prepare my foods, especially making different flavored dressings and sauces to use on my food. Today I experimented with making a spicy shrimp salad with plenty of crunch for texture!  Watch as I as make it and follow along.
